S207
New! With Continuous B-axis Motion for Precise Contouring
The new Tsugami S207 20mm Swiss Turn performs continuous live cutting utilizing a Servo driven B-axis. Precise angles and sculpting are achievable with B-axis live tools (three front, three rear) performing in coordination with the C-axis.
B0 385
The Tsugami B0 385 38mm 7-Axis Swiss Turn will be the largest gang-type machine of its class in North America. Heavy duty cutting is easy work for this rigid framed workhorse. Handles the most challenging materials while holding tight tolerances.
Provides high productivity, capability, and precision in an efficiently sized, affordable package.

Guide Bushing Animation
The guide bushing animation depicts the process of converting a Tsugami swiss-type lathe from a guide bushing to guide bushless configuration. This involves removing the guide bushing, installing a 'chucker' bracket, and then moving the spindle nose into the tool zone. Many Tsugami models can be operated in either configuration. A guide bushless configuration delivers many benefits. It is ideal for shorter or non-round parts, and can be more cost effective because it substantially reduces bar remnants and doesn't require the use of ground bar stock.
BH20/20Z/38
The Heavyweight: Powerful machine features front gang slide with rear turret.
A combination turret / gang machine, the BH20, BH20Z and BH38SY combine the productivity benefits of a traditional Swiss turn with the flexibility and capability of a turret machine. Featuring a Fanuc 31i-A three path CNC, a two axis sub spindle, and superior turret design that channels 100% of its cutting force to the tool being used, the Tsugami BH is a true heavyweight.
FMA3
Self Contained FMS: Integrated Pallet Pool HMC
Still the benchmark in integrated pallet pool horizontal machining centers after 20 years and 5 levels of upgrade. It's innovative vertical bed and horizontal spindle permit true unattended operation by eliminating chip and heat dispersal problems.
P0 Series
Precision Swiss for Micro Machining:
Tsugami's PO3 swiss turn is the ultimate micro component machine. Capable of producing precision parts from .5mm to 3mm diameter, the P03 was designed from the ground up with special features for small part production.
SS20/32
Ultimate Flexibility: Flexible gang style tool zone changes with your business
The SS series platform from Tsugami is built on a flexible frame, allowing it to grow and change with your business. Configure the tool zone in minutes. Both machines feature live face and cross tools for the main and subspindle.
TMB2
Capability Defined: 51mm (2.0") mill-turn machine with ATC and B Axis Live Tool Capability.
Tsugami's TMB2 is an extremely capable multifunction lathe. It is designed for manufacturers who produce complex parts in short runs. A B axis live tool spindle allows for virtually any part to be produced complete from bar stock. The TMB2's ATC helps you keep the tools you need resident, virtually eliminating costly setups and job changeovers.
TMU1
Capability Defined: 38mm Swiss with ATC and B Axis Live Tool Capability
Tsugami's TMU1 is the most capable swiss-type lathe on the market today. It is designed for manufacturers who produce complex parts in short runs. The TMU1's B axis tool spindle allows for virtually any part to be produced from bar stock. The TMU1's tool magazine helps you keep the tools you need resident, virtually eliminating costly setups and job changeovers.
Thread Whirling
New Developments in Thread Whirling
Improved metal removal rates, reduced cycle times and elimination of costly down time are just a few of the benefits of the newest developments in thread whirling.
