Rem Sales Annouces 24/7 Service Plan

Rem Sales, LLC of Windsor, Connecticut—the exclusive North American importer of Tsugami Precision Swiss machines—will give a free, one-year, 24/7 technical support service contract to customers who purchase a new Tsugami Swiss machine, beginning September 8, 2008, the first day of IMTS.

Experienced Rem Sales service technicians will man the toll- free service line after normal business hours and throughout weekend hours. “We want to provide true technical support and service, not lip service, to our customers on a round-the-clock basis,” stated Kevin Uhlig, Vice President of Rem Sales. “Customers will receive the same caliber of technical service support during off hours as they would during normal business hours.”

Gary Mankus, Rem Sales Service Manager, values the service at $1,000.00. “24/7 service will be made available to customers with existing machines on an individualized contract basis,” Mankus said. Those customers may want to begin the 24/7 service plan after the standard Rem Sales one-year warranty service lapses, he added.
