SS 20-32 Start/End Post Processor

The SS-20/32 program is a post processor that will write the code at the beginning and the end of your program, for both main and sub spindles.  It includies code for part ejection and cut off. Simply input the machining data for your part and it will create the necessary code.

Version 1.1 was created to assist in the creation of all necessary code needed for the start and end of your program. It does not actually machine a part for you. You have to put the cutting operations into the program yourself. Also it currently does not put any edge breaks in the cut off operation. Future versions of this program will likely include cut off edge breaks and other updates. Check our website often for version updates.

 

System Requirements:

  1. Windows 98se or higher
  2. .net Framework 2.0 or higher (windows will automatically install this when installing the SS-20/32 program)
  3. 200MB of free memory (180MB for .net Framework and 20MB for SS-20/32 programs)

 


Installation Instructions

To install program: Download the zip file and unzip it. Next open the folder and click on “setup.exe”. A wizard will start and you will be asked to install .net Framework (this may take a while). After the installation is complete you should find the program in your start menu.
