TMU1
Capability Defined: 38mm Swiss with ATC and B Axis Live Tool Capability
Tsugami's TMU1 is the most capable swiss-type lathe on the market today. It is designed for manufacturers who produce complex parts in short runs. The TMU1's B axis tool spindle allows for virtually any part to be produced from bar stock. BH20/20Z and 38

A combination turret / gang machine, the BH20, BH20Z and BH38SY combine the productivity benefits of a traditional Swiss turn with the flexibility and capability of a turret machine. Featuring a Fanuc 31i-A three path CNC, a two axis sub spindle, and superior turret design that channels 100% of its cutting force to the tool being used, the Tsugami BH is a true heavyweight.

The Tsugami BE series is available in 12mm (.5") and 20mm (.787") models. Both machines feature a full assortment of stationary and driven tool positions, and can be run without or without a guide bushing (in swiss or chucker mode.) Tsugami BO series machines are available in 12mm (.5") and 20mm (.787")models. These are economical production machines that will hold tight tolerances for years to come. Most models feature and assortment of turning tools and stationary face working tools for both the main and the sub spindle.
