Though many areas of the nation have issued “Shelter in Place” and “Safer at Home” ordinances, Tsugami/Rem Sales has been deemed an essential business due to the role that we play in supplying manufacturers with equipment, service, tooling, and accessories. Our team understands how important up-time is in shops across North America, which is why we would like to share a few things we are doing to assist in keeping business moving…

Our offices and showrooms remain open for business. Our team continues to provide the highest level of consultation, engineering, service, and support across all of our territories. Those employees that are able to work from home, have been asked to do so in order to abide by social distancing recommendations.

Service Technicians and Applications Engineers are being equipped with proper personal protective equipment for on-site calls and air travel is being limited as this time.

We are aware that COVID-19 may impact businesses across North America and we want to assure you that we are here to help, however we can. The health of our customers and their machines is important to us. Though our Engineers and Service Technicians are ready and willing to travel if needed, our support team may also be able to diagnose Tsugami machinery remotely, with the help of MachineMetrics, if the machine is equipped with the MachineMetrics system and the user is opted in.
